Gluten Free Brownie Cake is decadent, moist, fluffy, and absolutely delicious. It has the flavor of a brownie in a cake texture, everyone will love this and no one will know its gluten free. A MUST TRY!
Ingredients
Dry Ingredients:
1 cup sorghum flour
1 cup almond flour
1 cup sweet white rice flour
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp baking powder
1 tsp baking soda
4 tbsp cornstarch
2/3 cup organic pure cocoa powder
1 tsp salt
3/4 cup sugar
Wet Ingredients:
2 tbsp olive oil
1 egg
2 tsp vanilla extract
1 cup sour cream
2 cups milk
Additional Add Ins:
2 cups Chocolate Chips (1 cup for batter 1 cup for top)
Flaked Sea Salt
Instructions
Preheat oven 375F degrees
Line bottom 8x8 square pan with parchment and grease pan
In large bowl whisk together all the dry ingredients set aside
Beat all wet ingredients together in a mixer at medium speed (will look like milk)
Slowly add the dry ingredients and mix well about 2-3 minutes at medium-high speed
Fold in 1 cup of chocolate chips to the batter and pour into 8x8 pan
Sprinkle top with remaining 1 cup chocolate chips and flaked sea salt
Bake 375F degrees for 35-40 min (toothpick comes out clean)
Allow to cool one hour then cut into 9 squares and ENJOY!
