After numerous attempts, I finally created the most delicious GLUTEN FREE PANETTONE.
It’s perfect. It has such a nice spring, is super moist, and is so very flavorful. I added fresh cranberries, candied orange, apricots, chestnuts, and chocolate. The flavor combination is delicious.I’ll be honest; it reminds me of the traditional panettone; I really can’t tell the difference.
What I love most is how moist it is and that it’s made with:

⭐️NO SEED OILS
⭐️NO PREMADE FLOUR MIX
⭐️NO GMO’s
⭐️NO SOY
⭐️NO WHEAT STARCH
