Cocktail Time…NEGRONI
The Negroni Sbagliato & Boulevardier
The Negroni Sbagliato was invented by accident. While making the classic Negroni, the bartnedar accidentally grabbed a bottle of prosecco instead of gin and poured it into the glass, making this classic cocktail with a twist. We use FIOL Prosecco, Campari and Cocchi Sweet Vermouth.
The Boulevardier dates back to 1920’s Prohibition Era. It’s name comes from one of the co-creators who published a magazine called “Boulevardier”. It’s a Negroni for Bourbon drinkers.
