We are not your typical food truck. We are unique and provide only the highest quality Neapolitan Pizzas and more. Each pizza is made by an APN Italian Certified Master Pizzaiolo. We make our dough 48-72 hours in advance to allow the dough to ferment, and truly achieve its spectacular taste. The dough is light, fluffy with a slight chew, and very easy to digest. Each pizza is 12” just like they are served in Naples, Italy. The dough is made from only 4 ingredients: Imported Italian Flour, Salt, Yeast, and Water. We use San Marzano Tomatoes imported from the San Marzano Region of Naples Italy, and we make all our Mozzarella by hand so it’s the freshest possible… just like in Italy. We make everything fresh using imported Italian products, locally sourced produce and meats, and NO prepackaged or processed ingredients. We aim for NON-GMO and Organic ingredients as much as possible and strive to create the highest quality product for you and your guests.

We offer a variety of options including gluten-free. Everything we do is made from scratch and with LOVE using only the highest quality ingredients. Our gluten-free foods make us unique. We offer handmade GLUTEN FREE PIZZAS, charcuterie spreads, appetizers, salads, desserts, and more in addition to our traditional Neapolitan Pizzas. Our gluten-free options truly are the best you will find. I am a Gluten-Free Chef and have created three different Gluten Free pizza doughs, each unique in their own way. We offer GF sourdough pizza, GF thin crust pizza, and GF pizzeria style (contains wheat starch-celiac safe but not for those with a wheat allergy). All except the GF Pizzeria Style are made with NO GUMS, NO PREMADE FLOURS, NO SOY, NO NUTS, VEGAN, NON-GMO, and are absolutely spectacular. Now all your guests can be happy and enjoy the food. We strive to accommodate food allergies as best we can.
