Gluten Free Flourless Peanut Butter Blossom Cookies
Our family favorite holiday cookie. Easy to make, quick to prepare. A holiday must make!
Ingredients
- 1 cup organic creamy peanut butter
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 1/2 cup dark brown sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1 egg
- 1/2 tsp sea salt
- 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 24 unwrapped Hershey Kisses
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar for coating
Instructions
- Preheat oven 350F degrees
- Line two baking sheets with parchment paper
- In a mixer bowl, add all ingredients and mix with paddle attachment until well blended. Mixture will be soft and crumbly
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls and coat each ball in the granulated sugar
- Place on cookie sheet and bake at 350F degrees for 10 min
- Remove from oven and place Hershey kisses in middle of each cookie, pressing down gently
- Transfer cookies to wire rack to cool. ENJOY...they won't last 30 minutes :)
Notes
*Colored granulated sugars are also fun to roll balls of dough into to give the cookies a festive look.
