Gluten Free Vegan Cranberry Granola Chocolate Cookies

Gluten Free Vegan Cranberry Granola Chocolate Cookies are healthy, moist, chewy with nice almond crunch. I love chocolate so I added non dairy chocolate chips to the granola and they are absolutely perfect. Make as a treat or snack. Easy, quick, and a definite crowd pleaser.

Ingredients

  • One Bag Bob's Red Mill GF Cranberry Almond Granola
  • 1 1/2 cup creamy organic almond butter
  • 2/3 cup organic maple syrup
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1/2 tsp sea salt
  • 1 tsp organic cinnamon
  • 1 cup non dairy chocolate chips

Instructions

  1. Preheat Oven 350F degrees
  2. Line 2 baking sheets with parchment and lightly grease
  3. In large mixing bowl, mix all the ingredients together until well blended
  4. Scoop one ice cream scoop of dough per cookie
  5. Bake at 350 for 12 min. (halfway through cook time take spoon and gently push down cookie to flatten slightly).
  6. Cool on wire rack 15 minutes...ENJOY!

Notes

You can substitute Organic Creamy Peanut Butter for Almond Butter.
